How many sessions are required and cost?

3-6 sessions of hypnotherapy are seen as the bench mark for getting the most out of the therapy. It impossible to say how many sessions will be needed with some athletes needing only 2-3 whereas others may need 5-6. At Wiser Horizons, we ask that clients budget their time and money for 3 sessions. Sessions are charged at £60 per session with each session lasting 60 minutes. The first session lasts between 60-90 minutes in order to help gather all the important information about you.
